On a silent mountain among the rocky hills of Mecca, there is a small cave that can hold only one person. Yet, it carried the greatest secret in human history. Before he became a prophet, Muhammad ibn Abdullah used to escape from the noise of ignorance to this cave. His heart was troubled by the injustice and the worship of idols that could neither hear nor see.
On many long nights, he sat in the cave, thinking about God’s creation and praying with a humble heart: "O Lord, guide me to the truth..."
Then came the Night of Power — a night that changed the course of history.
Muhammad (peace be upon him) was sitting in the cave, as usual, when suddenly, something strange happened. The great angel Jibreel (Gabriel) appeared to him and said words that could shake mountains:
"Cover me! Cover me!"
Then he said:"I was afraid for myself."
